on the internet. Google reviews, Facebook, BBB, Yelp, etc... We had a situation where a repairman contracted by our home warranty company showed up high and broke our shower. The customer service rep with the warranty company agreed to fix what the serviceman had broken, but refused to retile the area in the shower they had to break through to do the repair. I review bombed them and within half an hour got a call from the owner of the company offering to replace the tile and apologizing for the repairman that showed up high, etc... It all ended up getting fixed, I took down my reviews and actually renewed our warranty with them as I was so impressed by how the owner ended up handling the situation.
