That one bugs the heck out of me. It is one the dems and repubs
may whine about but never do anything. Yes, that is one the middle class have no access to. Why do you think Schumer is against doing away with it.
The other things RDF mentioned were put in the code to get people to act in a certain way. CRUT stand for Charitable Remainder Trust (charity). I don't know what net worth is considered "Rich", but you could set one of those up with $100,000 or even less.
