Yea, a couple of friends of mine got into one. Sounded pretty

sweet. They claimed that it was a good deal for them but it was also a good deal for lower middle and poor zones.

I guess the definition of rich is illusive. I would consider them upper middle class, certainly not rich though. I think they bought units in some kind of investment pool.
