Yeah I’m 100% sold on it being a good deal for lower income classes.
Essentially these OZ zones are in poorer areas and the way it was sold was that this would help enhance run down communities. But I think it’s just a quick way to gentrify areas.

I guess some projects will have affordable housing and that will be good. But TBD on how it plays out.

Non-wealthy people can obviously invest in OZ’s so that’s still available to them but often times there are minimum amounts required for investment and they’d have limited capital gains to invest anyway. So feel like it’s still heavily catered to the rich.
