Didn’t someone say that they had a monitor set up right outside the dugout at

home? Could you monitor the camera feed and relay the call to the base runners with enough time if they didn’t have that specific setup on the road, even though it wasn’t a special camera?

I’m not sure what was in the Manfred report vs what’s being thrown around on twitter so I may be mistaken.
