should do whatever they need to do politically to address every detail of the program. We have enough disadvantages that anything manageable like having top thought on S&C, top docs, top academic support, top player development, etc should be high priority to manage the things that cost relatively little and help align a program for success.

Love ‘em. But they have to be all over all of these details to not lose players to being out of shape, getting hurt, not making grades, etc.
