And that doc still has failures. I agree with you on your criteria, but even
that guy has his share of failures. Some of your ways to choose a surgeon have a lot to do with personality too. It is possible to have a guy who is very confident and well liked, but is an average surgeon.
And some great surgeons that do outstanding work, may not have all of the fans because he doesn't have a superstar personality.
It isn't as cut and dry as a lot of people seem to think.
