track trail, snuggling my small children, playing football in my back yard, the feeling after a good run or bike ride (when I was in shape and it was as easy), reading a good book, listening to good music, watching a good sunset/sunrise, I also love when seasons change like when the first snow comes or leaves start to fall or when blossoms and flowers start to bloom etc.
