I did it once so long ago, didn't have nary a coke for like 6 months. It was easy as I was sick for like 2 weeks and had so much NyQuil that I was so well rested and had no coke for those same weeks and just was mindful not to have any coke. I felt great. Then one day, I cracked with some nights of bad sleep and due dates at work, and I've not been able to get off caffeine since, like 5 years.
I keep feeling impressed to ask you all. I'm a heavier consumer. I love hearing from others as to how they stopped, cuz there might be a useful hack. Most people say, Ibuprofen for headaches and sleep. Please share.
