It’s an old two story farmhouse in far northern Utah that was built in the early 1900’s. My grandparents moved into the house in the early 90’s. Most of the family is now convinced there’s a spirit of a child in the second story of the house. When I was a kid I dreaded sleeping up there because I would hear things moving around me. Most in the family became convinced after being alone in the house at various times and hearing the sounds of a child running around upstairs (unmistakable footsteps, running, jumping, knocks on the wooden furniture, etc). My grandpa brushed it off as dumb nonsense for years, but even he recently admitted that he has heard the kid or whatever it is upstairs when it’s just him in the house.
