In an HLM (Government housing project) in Normandy when I was a missionary. Crazy stuff was happening on this unemployed dad's dining table every night, so he set up a candle and his friend's camcorder and sure enough this outline was there moving things around in the candle light with the shape of his head pulsating toward the light. The crazy guy who called on us swore it was one of the statues from the famous cathedral down the street, and it certainly was odd shaped, but that seemed like a stretch to me. This was 1996, well before a guy like that could even imagine editing a video. He claimed it was much clearer before playing it hundreds of times for friends, but what I saw and felt scared me tremendously. We never heard from him again after that, so I hoped it worked.
