Very good, it had some great points
One was that what you say can only be held against you. If your statement helps it is counted as heresay. (Per the video). Two the veteran police investigator compared it to going into the boxing ring with a heavy weight campion, he has conducted thousands of interviews over his 28 year career, you have never done one, you will loose.

my client took the stand once on sentencing and I'm sure talked himself into an extra couple years in jail
