I watched a video yesterday and am convinced I’ll never talk without a lawyer present.
Basically the video was to a class of lawyers.
A scenario was given with details About four people being killed gangland style.
after giving the scenario he asked how many people were shot. Half the class raised their hand (including me from home).
Evidently in the scenario it was not disclosed they were shot, but half the class assumed gangland-style killing was being shot.
I’m rambling here, but this is the type of stuff that will get honest people in trouble by being caught in their words, even if innocent.

my client took the stand once on sentencing and I'm sure talked himself into an extra couple years in jail
