2% to 3.5% depending on jurisdiction. Usually around 2.7ish percent.

It’s getting more expensive. ~150k 7 years ago can be $275k -$325k now.

Valuation increases are usually capped at 10% plus there are some exemptions you can get to reduce valuation by a bit.
