2% to 3.5% depending on jurisdiction. Usually around 2.7ish percent.

Valuation increases are usually capped at 10% plus there are some exemptions you can get to reduce valuation by a bit.

A lot. About 2.5-3% of your appraised value. Basically, about the same as your P&I.
