Any symptoms. It is a totally different mindset than I am used to.
Previous companies would give staying home lip service, but culturally it was very clear you came in if you were breathing and had a pulse.

No, it's better for you to stay home and be sick for a few days than "work through it" & infect 7 others at the office.
