Working at a home office it’s usually easy to just stay in bed and work, but if I’m with clients or traveled to see clients there isn’t sick days, I’ve cut days shorter to get to the hotel earlier, but to blow off appointment for being sick I would have to be really sick for most of my reps and clients to understand. But I did use three sick days in December just so that I could ignore my phone and email and my boss even today made a comment about my sickness in December so I think I’m the only at home regional manager to take any in years outside of a hospital stay.

But unofficially if I have even a hint of the sniffles I just work from the couch or bedroom and rest up instead of pushing to get out and interacting with clients or reps
