At BYU is really strong because the classes are taught by the professors- not grad students. Great professors + high quality students = strong program.

My best friend from high school and roommate at BYU graduated in Econ. Then he got his PhD in Econ from MIT

The Econ program at BYU is top 5 in the Country IMO.
