I think every pilot to one degree or another has felt disoriented.
It's crazy how your vestibular senses can lie to you. Your inner ear will tell you one thing when the airplane is actually doing another thing.

There's not an instrument that can somehow control that.

However one of the first rules a pilot is taught is to trust your instruments. They might not keep you from feeling disoriented but they will be what gets you out of it.
