This was the year to recognize that it's not working... whether Sitake is running 60% while Tuiaki has 40%...
It just doesn't matter... taking a step back and realizing what is and isn't working is now past... Sitake should have hired a real DC to come in and make necessary changes... but in the end... Sitake will be let go at some point in the next 3 years... that's an absolute fact. Nothing is getting better, and some area's of the team are getting worse... He isn't going to last.
