I don’t go off of a lot of conjecture, what ifs, or speculation.

I’m also a big believer in the power of leadership and in the accountability of leadership. In my experience, only real change and success can come from those in charge and then it trickles down. The buck stops with them and you are what your records says you are. In life and sports.

I have no idea who I would have hired as AD or coaching. That’s irrelevant to me. I just know the results those hires and individuals have produced. That’s all I can really go off of because it’s real. It’s happened. It’s actual evidence.

Same goes for players. Injuries happen to every single team. Our players have not performed good enough the last decade. But like I said, they are less to blame than those things on my list above them, because those things above them can have a huge affect on them.
