- Check your macros
- cut sugar and grains
- drink more water, and caffeine is your friend
- make sure if you're drinking a protein to take Isolates
- cut out that much cardio and limit it to your off days of lifting
- incorporate 10-15 minute HIIT sessions on lift days
- etc.
