that is the case, many employees returned home, but the way the government allowed people to return to work was if their
local TOWN (which would be like 100,000 people) had less than 50 cases, then they could quarantine and return to work, and then quarantine in the city they return to. So 28 days total.
We have workers that did their quarantine, went to work (10 miles away), and then went home after work, and were back in quarantine because they came back.
This particular point is that our guy in the city not to be named, is staying with his parents in a housing area that had about 2000 people. and about 200 have disappeared without anyone knowing where they went (they were THERE, and the city is locked down, so where did they go)

My Global Sourcing team has had phone calls with 100+ factories in the last week. It ain’t looking good.
