the terms of service of your ticket allow you to stand.. it's a right you literally paid for... they are welcome to
ask you to forgo your right, but you have no obligation (financial, social, moral) to yield that right.

It's similar to the airplane seat recline issue. The TOS allow you to recline... it's a right you've paid for...and the airlines have established their rules in writing.... the person behind you is free to ask you to not recline... but you have no obligation to give up a right you've paid for...
