Why pay either?
I’m just asking. I’m just saying both situations aren’t so different.
Why should the landlord get paid when the tenants aren’t? Can’t the landlord share in the economic downturn?
I’m not saying what is right/wrong. I’m just saying the two dilemmas aren’t so different.
