Business owners take high risk reap high rewards. Part of that risk is when times are bad they take the brunt of an economic downturn.

When business owners sign on the dotted line for paying rent, they don't sign to pay if it's convenient or if things are going well in the business. They promise to pay regardless. I guess you don't value that promise.
