You haven't answered the question. Is the business on the strip better

or worse open or closed? If the answer is open, then let them have the right to earn a living and deal with the slow sales. If you think the business owner is better off with the government telling them they can't open then that's not freedom, and it's against the 5th amendment. A patron can't make a decision to support said business if it's not open.
