You seem to think that the small businesses will all be happy to open
with 20 -25 percent of normal? I haven’t seen anything from them regarding that.
Wondering what part of the 5th Amendment applies here. Most of the 5th deals with actions
from the Federal govt. The Amendment you cite gives the Govt broad powers in time of war or “public danger”.
Since the State of Nevada is issuing the restrictions, the 14th Amendment
might be more applicable?
