Until we have an antibody test, we won't have any evidence one way or another
I think it's fair to speculate that it's more widespread than current testing is indicating. We have NO IDEA what the magnitude of that additional spread is. Most of the people affected didn't get sick, or if they did, they recuperated at home. That component of the "spread" is still going on today and will continue to go on.
