affected by the shutdown) also covers a relatively small percentage, because most of these people will be impacted. But you think they deserve stimulus money and that it's worth articulating that point.

I agree with you that our country has a spending problem. But that permeates all income levels, even though you seem to direct your ire towards those who make good money. When we get reports that most Americans could not handle an unexpected $400 expense, that's a problem at the lower income levels, not with people making $300k/year. People making $50k/year should not be spending $1k in a single day at Disneyland. But that's what we see. The spending problem permeates all income strata.

In general, I get the sense that you have negative feelings and opinions about people based on their income, which isn't accurate or healthy.
