Can you provide a specific example of the "dramatic" reduction you mention?
The 500k in the do-nothing scenario hasn't changed (although it's no longer relevant, since the UK has done something), so I assume you must be referring to something else?
You don't need to be in a lockdown for even 1 second to be able to model a lockdown scenario, but maybe I'm misunderstanding what you are saying.
