On a team can set off by going in the portal. Maybe some of these guys would've been gone anyway....but it sure seems like what happens on a lot of teams is one good player enters....and then other guys are like...screw it. Why do I want be here? We have no chance of being any good without that guy...then he goes in....the next guy follows....and yada yada.
