They can be fined and/jailed because it is travel to a state park outside their city/county.
The chart says you can do all those things listed. It does not clarify that it has to be within the city/county.
Again, if you put in place a law that could put me in jail for 6 months, it’s on you to be perfectly clear what it means. I shouldn’t have to go to twitter or any where else or simply guess.
They took something that had done good suggestions and make it punishable by jail time.

in the directive it talks about "time spent outside". don't congregate and keep 6 feet. not sure what you are reading
