Oh no, not even close. The only country that could have shut it down is the one you’re in, and they totally screwed up
in the name of saving face.
I don’t necessarily disagree with you that some of the whining is silly, but you absolutely cannot put more blame on any other country than China for this whole mess, and I hope there are major repercussions for it.
