They are actually unconstitutional as well. I follow them because it's

good scientific advice, but the actual enforcement by law is unconstitutional. States have a lot of power when deciding health risks. It's been sent to the supreme court twice and the court has not picked it up both times. So technically the highest court has never weighed in on the issue. And I think that's intentional.
