There is nothing wrong with the advice, or suggestion, and many would follow it, but to make it punishable by fine? In SLC our mayor has told me that if I take my son to a playground I can serve six months in jail. That's totalitarian. Luckily we have a few leaders left who support the constitution. I'm a pretty reasonable man, I think it's wise to probably stay off the playground, I don't need the threat of jail time to make that decision for me. I actually kind of want to now go over there myself and slide down the slide.
