That is literally what the rate is right now in Utah. Will it change? Of course, but that IS the death rate. It has actually gone down since two days ago and held consistent from yesterday (even with two updates). Those numbers are facts. Can people read too much into them? Yes, but that can happen both ways. Indeed, since those numbers don't include infected but not tested, the actual number of people who have died compared to those who have been infected is almost certainly much lower. I simply stated exactly the rate of those who have died compared to those diagnosed as of now and I did that because those are the hard numbers we have.
