I disagree. Not everyone is going to get funded. 1) Not enough $, and Congress

Won't authorise more until at least April 20th when they are scheduled to come back in session. 2) Not enough loan processing capacity, SBA is trying to process the equivalent of 16 years worth of applications in 1 month. Not going to happen anytime soon, even if there is $.
