notification that the SBA has approved our loan and guaranteed it. I expect we will get the funds this week, but not sure. Lots of rumors going around about how best to time them. We need to figure it out.

No. It is a loan. You get 2.5 months of payroll except for anything

Yes. The Banks underwrite and fund the loan. The Government guarantees it
