It doesn’t have to be perfect. It gives a general sense of the immunity in the

population. Currently we have zero knowledge of that. So a ballpark figure will be much better than nothing.

I think the population data will be most helpful as there needs to be some sense of the denominator to help policy makers choose the best course forward
