That is the problem. What is reasonably healthy?

When all is said and done, it will be interesting to see death rates among certain groups.

How do factors like BMI, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, smoking, asthma, sleep apnea, etc. factor in to who lives and who dies? This will make for some interesting statistics.
