That has had way more of a real impact on many more people than Covid-19. Just because someone doesn't agree with you or has a different risk tolerance than you doesn't mean they lack empathy, to say such a thing is ridiculous. So the entire country of Sweden lacks empathy for themselves? Losing a job and not being able to support your family has real impacts, people actually die during recessions and great depressions because of the economy. That is real. There isn't even any proof that these measures we are taking are working. Everyone has to stay home and not go to work but everyone still has to go to Walmart or Costco once a week to get milk and groceries.
