It's not an either/or on the economy. Every ADDITIONAL day of shutdown does incremental harm. There has to be a balance between flattening the epidemiological curve and flattening the economic harm curve. And every day going forward from mid April should shift the attention and effort incrementally towards that economic curve. Early on, the epidemiologists own the stage. But there is a high water mark to that and their influence should recede.
