Gov. Gary Herbert said a new order will be in place by Friday that will require those who declare Utah as their final destination, by car, truck or plane to fill out travel declaration. It will ask travelers if they have been tested for COVID-19 and ask if they have any symptoms. Herbert said this will help keep Utah safe. It will be done at destination entry points and will involved UDOT and Salt Lake City with the Salt Lake City airport. "It is a significant step forward," Herbert said.
