I think this will help things in the State open up sooner. Part of the control has to be knowing where the virus is
and controling it. The faster we can do that, the faster we can return to normal. It would be silly to have widespread testing of Utah citizens and then let people come in and out of the State as they please without knowing their status.

Right as I thought he was handling Utah pretty well, he reverts back to the same dumb governor he has been.
