SBA changed their minds today. New ruling is that
Funds Must be dispersed within 10 days of approval. That triggers the 8-week use period For loan to be forgiven. You can no longer get approved for the loan and then delay the disbursement. So forbusinesses like mine where we are totally shutdown, the funds do no good currently. I need to decide whether I want to risk delaying application and have the funds run out or get approval now and not qualify for forgiveness.
