Just watched a quick webinar from accountant. Apparently it is up to the Bank

When they want to fund the loan. The loan can be processed as a SBA express or a Standard 7(a) SBA loan. The standard can be deferred. The banks get 5% for every loan closed so they might want to slam it in ASAP to collect the 5% at least from my understanding
