Yep. Either a "name" school or Utah/BYU are by far your best bet.

I went to a law school ranked higher than Utah or BYU and my resume didn't even garner interviews. Had dozens in VA, MD, DC area and a few in Vegas and CA (and one in Denver which I declined to make the trip for), but nothing in Utah despite tons of letters/resumes.
