I agree and disagree with this
QB's are different as so much time is spent on scheme, reads, etc... QB's are usually pretty developed from a mechanics standpoint once they hit college.
However, position coaches can be a big deal for individual players. This goes double for defensive players. Teaching rushing technique, gap filling, and contain all get taught at a higher level in college.
