Clearly that is Devin's line of thinking and to be perfectly honest it is hard
argue given Utah's recent success.

Now whether Devin becomes an NFL player will remain to be seen. To me, he doesn't have the athleticism his brothers had, but with the right work ethic who knows if it can happen.

Until the current coaches at BYU prove they can develop NFL talent (lots goes into this, including recruiting, coaching players up, schemes that put the players in opportunities to make plays) especially on the defensive line we are going to struggle to win those recruits.

Is that a smack to the coaching staff? Yes probably, but hard for me to say it isn't deserved. Our strategy for an entire season was to rush 3 and drop 8. Basically if you are an end you have to beat two guys to get to the QB which is difficult to say the least. On top of that you have the offensive guys knowing what you are doing pretty much every down.

So as a die hard BYU fan, I have to agree that Devin is better off going to Utah for his football career. Kalani and Tuiaki are a train wreck especially for the defensive line. That being said I don't think Devin has NFL talent. I guess time will tell.
